Support for the Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification protocol takes the following four forms:

1. I can be contacted via phone or e-mail to respond to any questions regarding specific HTS classifications.

2. In support of item 1. above, I have constructed a table of policies based on (wherever possible) specific HTS Classifications published as Named Compounds or delineated specific in Binding Rulings.

3. The Harmonized Tariff Schedule is updated several times a year. Although there are rarely significant changes in Chapter 29, all changes need to be monitored. To this end I have constructed a protocol that compares the latest HTSC version with the present version to automatically detect changes. These changes can then be incorporated in to the HTSC Application in a timely fashion.

4. Lastly, I am continously adding incremental improvements to the protocol to improve performance and accuracy.
